When you order: name, mobile number, delivery address and the items ordered. When sellers register: shop name, authorized person, business address, mobile and email.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, notify sellers, prevent fake or abusive orders, verify seller accounts and provide support.

Who sees it

Customer details are visible only to the seller of the ordered product and to site administrators. We never sell personal data or show it publicly.

Fraud prevention

We may limit orders per phone number and block numbers with repeated refused deliveries.

Storage and security

We keep order records as long as needed for delivery, disputes and legal duties, and protect them with access controls.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information by contacting support, subject to legal and dispute-handling requirements.

Seller details

Sellers choose to show their shop name, mobile number, email address and business address on their public shop page and product pages so customers can contact them. Sellers should only publish details they are happy to be public.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. It is not used on seller or admin pages.
